Structural Waranty Surveys

We have a team of surveyors dedicated to carrying out structural warranty surveys for our clients who provide structural warranty insurance for new build construction projects across the UK. We work on Self Build Developments, Major Housing Developments and Commercial Developments to ensure the construction works is to a high standard. We produce detailed reports at given intervals throughout the duration of the project and offer advice to our clients to ensure that any remedial works are undertaken before the building is complete so that the Structural Warranty Certificate can be issued at the end of the project. We ensure that projects run smoothly and identify any issues at the earliest stage of the project giving contracts time to rectify any works needed so there are no delays in the programme.
