RAAC (Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Surveys

Our dedicated surveyors will carry out comprehensive surveys of any building types to establish if RAAC is present in the building. We will then produce location plans to pinpoint the location and condition of the RAAC and give long and short term recommendations to suit your budget.

We can revisit your buildings on an annual basis's and provide condition reports to establish if the RACC panels have had any more deterioration since the initial inspection.

We work with specialist engineers who provide structural calculations and remedial advice to ensure the buildings are structurally sound and safe to the end user of the buildings.
